Services
Vertex Architects provides architectural design services, including but not limited to residential, commercial, interior, and landscape design. Services may include concept designs, floor plans, 3D visualizations, and consultancy.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their project requirements, site details, and preferences.
Any changes to project scope after agreement may affect timelines and costs.
Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, approvals, or legal documents required for the project.
Payment Terms
- Advance Payment: 70% of the agreed project fee is required upfront before work begins.
- Final Payment: The remaining 30% is due upon completion of the project, after the client is satisfied with the delivered design.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, online payment, or other mutually agreed methods.
- Work will not commence until the advance payment is received, and final deliverables will be handed over only after full payment.
Revisions
Vertex Architects offers unlimited revisions within the originally agreed project scope to ensure client satisfaction.
If the client requests any additional features, new elements, design extensions, or extra services that fall outside the initial agreement, those requests will be treated as additional work.
All such additional work will be subject to separate charges and revised timelines, as mutually agreed between Vertex Architects and the client.
Revision requests should be made clearly and promptly to maintain smooth workflow and timely delivery.
Project Timeline
Timelines will be provided based on the complexity of the project.
Delays caused by clients (e.g., late feedback, incomplete information) may result in extended timelines.
Vertex Architects will strive to meet deadlines but cannot be held liable for unforeseen delays.
Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, 3D renders, and visualizations created by Vertex Architects remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, the client is granted non-exclusive rights to use the designs for the intended project.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of designs without permission is strictly prohibited.
Confidentiality
Vertex Architects respects client confidentiality.
All project details, communications, and documents will be treated with complete discretion.
Limitation of Liability
Vertex Architects is not responsible for structural, legal, or technical issues arising during or after project execution.
The client is responsible for ensuring that designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which Vertex Architects operates.
Any disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion or legal channels as per the governing law.
